Meet Our Team

mattMatthew Weber

General Manager & Sales
Matt installed his first overhead door working with his dad when he was 11 years old.  Growing up in the family business, Matt installed and serviced doors off and on until 2010 when he decided to come back after college in Oklahoma and begin the process of running the company.  He lives in Billings with his wife and son, and enjoys making music with friends, cooking, smoking up some BBQ, and enjoying good food with friends & family.  He loves living in Montana and soaking in the beauty by hunting, fishing, & hiking.

janeeJanee Weber

CEO
Janee Weber is a fifth generation Montanan and had the fortunate opportunity to raise three kind, wonderful men in the state she loves. She takes pride in their accomplishments and their having learned construction and business at an early age. Janee graduated with a business degree with an agriculture and horse management minor and later worked as a ranch manager, executive secretary, school fundraising sales, and marketing before starting a construction company. She has been in the construction industry since the early 80’s and was the first registered woman owned construction company in Bozeman. Janee credits her mother to instilling in her a joy in serving customers and pride in a job well done. Her greatest stress relief is seen between the ears of her horse or a new found passion for rafting.

shylaShyla Best

Office Operations Supervisor
Shyla began working at Alpha Overhead Door in 2016. Originally from Big Timber, MT, she has lived in and round the Billings area since 1985. “We are definitely an outdoors family,” she says. Most of her cherished memories involve a campfire, rodeo arena, or the river. Her family are avid campers, bow hunters, retired rodeo (now just fans), and ice and fly fishermen. She enjoys refinishing and repurposing furniture, and cooking and baking with her daughters, who enjoy feeding their older brothers who are no longer at home, but come to visit often and enjoy the food!
