Meet Our Team

mattMatthew Weber

CEO/Owner
Matt installed his first overhead door working with his dad when he was 11 years old.  Growing up in the family business, Matt installed and serviced doors off and on until 2010 when he decided to come back after college in Oklahoma and begin the process of running the company.  He lives in Billings with his wife and son, and enjoys making music with friends, cooking, smoking up some BBQ, and enjoying good food with friends & family.  He loves living in Montana and soaking in the beauty by hunting, fishing, & hiking.

Jonathan Mauger

General Manager
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Jonathan moved to Billings with his family in 2010 after having spent most of the previous 10 years in South Carolina. Jonathan has been involved in administration, organizational leadership and business development for the past 18 years. He is actively involved with his church and enjoys camping, gardening, helping on the family farm and DIY home improvement projects. Jonathan is a recent convert to the game of golf and thinks this could be a very healthy addiction. He has fallen in love with living in Big Sky Country.

andrewAndrew Weber

Born and raised in Montana, Andrew moved to Utah for eight years where he studied at Southern Utah University. After graduating college in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Marketing & Business Management, Andrew moved home to Billings to work in the family business. janeeJanee Weber

Owner
Janee Weber is a fifth generation Montanan and had the fortunate opportunity to raise three kind, wonderful men in the state she loves. She takes pride in their accomplishments and their having learned construction and business at an early age. Janee graduated with a business degree with an agriculture and horse management minor and later worked as a ranch manager, executive secretary, school fundraising sales, and marketing before starting a construction company. She has been in the construction industry since the early 80’s and was the first registered woman owned construction company in Bozeman. Janee credits her mother to instilling in her a joy in serving customers and pride in a job well done. Her greatest stress relief is seen between the ears of her horse or a new found passion for rafting.
