To order and schedule your project, we require a signed proposal and half down payment.

Proposals are based on check or cash sales. A 3% service charge will be assessed for payment by credit card. The proposal is made for prompt acceptance and is only valid for 30 days from the time the proposal was issued. Alpha Overhead Door, Inc. has the right to lien if payment is not paid in full.

Openings are to be prepared by others in accordance with our specifications unless otherwise agreed upon in this proposal. On all bids, electrical work must be performed by a certified electrician at the owner's expense. Jambs, spring pads, and all wiring tio motors and control stations are not included in the quote.

Upon day of installation, please make sure your garage be clear of personal affects ten feet in from the outside, and three feet on the side of the door (if applicable).
