I called Alpha Overhead Door this morning at 7:30 in a panic because when my husband went to open the garage door and one of our springs broke, leaving the garage door inoperable. The man I got on the phone was very courteous and kind, giving me price quotes right over the phone. When it was time to schedule an appt. for them to come out, I said my car was stuck in the garage. He immediately got a hold of his workers, and they were here within 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you so much!
